HUBUNGAN MOTIVASI BELAJAR TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR SISWA KELAS XI PADA MATA DIKLAT TEKNIK PEMESINAN BUBUT DI WORKSHOP SMK NEGERI 2 KOTA SOLOK

Abstract
Dalam proses belajar mengajar motivasi sangat besar perannya terhadap prestasi belajar. Karena dengan adanya motivasi dapat menimbulkan atau menumbuhkan minat belajar siswa. Berdasarkan hasil observasi yang penulis lakukan saat Praktek Lapangan Kependidikan di SMK Negeri 2 Kota Solok penulis menemukan kurangnya motivasi belajar siswa. Semua itu terlihat dengan adanya beberapa sikap siswa yang kurang antusias dalam mengerjakan soal teori dan praktek pada mata diklat teknik permesinan bubut. Tergambar pada suasana kelas yang kurang hidup karena siswa menjadi pasif dalam mengikuti kegiatan belajar mengajar yang diberikan guru. Hal ini menyebabkan siswa bosan dan malas belajar. Kurangnya motivasi siswa terhadap pelajaran ini terlihat kurangnya semangat dan keseriusan waktu bekerja atau praktek. Serta kirang disiplin dan tidak bertanggung jawab saat melakukan praktek, banyak di antara siswa yang hanya duduk dan bermain-main. Untuk mengetahui seberapa besar Hubungan Motivasi Belajar Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa Kelas XI pada Mata Diklat Teknik Permesinan Bubut di Workshop SMK Negeri 2 Kota Solok. Populasi 25 siswa di kelas XI TPM1 sebagai uji coba angket, dan 22 siswa di kelas XI TPM2 sebagai sampel. Penelitian data dilakukan melalui angket, analisis data uji normalitas, uji linieritas, uji regresi, analisis korelasi sederhana, uji signifikansi dan uji t. Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas XI pada mata diklat teknik pemesinan bubut di workshop SMK Negeri 2 Kota Solok.

4. Co-Authorship
If the article was jointly prepared by other authors, the signatory of this form warrants that he/she has been authorized by all co-authors to sign this agreement on their behalf, and agrees to inform his/her co-authors of the terms of this agreement.
5. Termination
This agreement can be terminated by the author or Ranah Research upon two months’ notice where the other party has materially breached this agreement and failed to remedy such breach within a month of being given the terminating party’s notice requesting such breach to be remedied. No breach or violation of this agreement will cause this agreement or any license granted in it to terminate automatically or affect the definition of Ranah Research.
6. Royalties
This agreement entitles the author to no royalties or other fees. To such extent as legally permissible, the author waives his or her right to collect royalties relative to the article in respect of any use of the article by Ranah Research or its sublicensee.
7. Miscellaneous
Ranah Research will publish the article (or have it published) in the journal if the article’s editorial process is successfully completed and Ranah Research or its sublicensee has become obligated to have the article published. Ranah Research may conform the article to a style of punctuation, spelling, capitalization, referencing and usage that it deems appropriate. The author acknowledges that the article may be published so that it will be publicly accessible and such access will be free of charge for the readers.
